Processing Time
Some items are made to order with love and care. As a chronically ill, disabled designer running a small business, I deeply appreciate your patience and support. Please check individual listings for their approximate processing time. These timelines reflect the reality of working around fluctuating health and capacity.
Domestic shipping
Shipping is available Australia-wide through Australia Post. I offer standard shipping for all Australian orders for a flat rate of $3 for sticker-only orders or $15 for everything else.
Important
Please ensure that you enter your details, including email, shipping address and any other contact details correctly at checkout. Double-check before confirming your purchase.
Lost items due to incorrect details cannot be located once shipped. If you have entered the wrong details, get in touch here as soon as possible.
Preorders or commissions
If you order a pre-order item along with in-stock items, your order will be sent out altogether as soon as the pre-order items are completed.
International shipping
I am currently only offering international letter shipping. This means my slow mail project and stickers are available at a flat fee of $3 AUD per order.
When will my order be shipped?
Post office drops typically occur on Wednesday each week.
My order has not arrived yet…
A tracking number is provided for all orders and sent by email once it has been dropped off at the post office. Keep an eye on your emails, and if you haven’t received a tracking number within one week of ordering, check your junk or spam folders. If you don’t find it there, please get in touch here.
Packaging
Melanie uses a mixture of new and recycled packaging materials, so your order could arrive in a recycled box or contain recycled bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts. Please reuse or recycle the packaging materials where possible or dispose of them responsibly.

Melanie does her best to ensure timely processing and dispatch times. Once your order is in the hands of the postal service, it is out of her control.

My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?
Melanie does everything within her power to ensure each piece is wrapped securely. However, sometimes these things happen. If your piece arrives damaged and the packaging has clearly been damaged in transit, please get in touch within 24hours of receiving your package.
I changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Melanie does not offer refunds for a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

What currency do you use?
All items are listed in Australian Dollar (AUD) and include relevant taxes.
Where can I buy one of your pieces in person?
I am currently not able to attend in-person markets; however, sign up for my mailing list to be the first to know when this changes. Sign up here.
When will you be releasing your next collection?
The best place to keep up to date with work releases, exhibitions and events is to sign up to my mailing list. You will be notified before the general public and be granted early access. You can sign up here.
Do you work with stylists?
Yes! Pieces can be rented out for your photoshoot or project. Please get in touch with your project dates and for more details.
Do you do brand collaborations?
